Outside the city limits, he makes a furore with his razor-sharp formulations and eagle’s eye for the human shortage and is therefore hated and threatened. Within the city limits he is carried on hands. Still, moving back to Arnhem is not an option, because he is sure that can only be disappointing. What is left then? Nothing. And he can’t complain either.
